Mix : 

1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)

3oz crumbled or cubed feta cheese

1/2 C Solo Agrega Mix

Directions: Drain chickpeas. Mash 1/3 C in a bowl and leave the rest whole, Toss with Solo Agrega Mix and feta. Serve and enjoy. Refrigerate leftovers and use within 7 days. 

For every ounce of softened cream cheese mix with 1 Tbsp Solo Agrega Mix. 

Serve with tortilla chips or crackers. Or spread on a flour tortilla. with raw baby spinach, roll tightly and cut into 1/2 " rounds for pinwheels.
